What You Provide

Your content, your brand — our design. Use this checklist to ensure we have everything needed to launch quickly.

Branding

• Title & URL: Your site/business name and the domain you plan to use.
  • Note: interGen can purchase and configure the domain if needed.
• Logo: PNG with transparent background, at least 300px high (SVG preferred if available).
  • If your logo is white, header/footer will be dark; if your logo is dark, header/footer will be light.
• Header image: 1920 × 800 px (landscape). Provide the highest quality you have.
• Brand colors: Two primary colors (hex codes if possible). We’ll match accents.
• Fonts: One heading font and one body font.
  • Prefer web-safe or widely available system fonts. See web-safe options.
• Optional: Links to your social media accounts.

Content

• Tagline: One sentence that captures what you do or what sets you apart.
• Call-to-Action (CTA) text: e.g., “Contact Us,” “Get a Quote,” “Book a Consultation.”
• Core offering: Short description of the problem you solve and the services/products you provide.
• Content Cubes (3–7):
  • Title
  • 30–40 word description
  • Image (1250 × 1070 px)
  • Optional: Button link (external resource or internal anchor)

Contact Page

• Email address for the contact form (delivery inbox you actively monitor).
• Optional: Physical address, phone number, or service area.
• Optional: Short intro above the form (e.g., “We’d love to hear from you!”).
• Optional: One illustrative image for the contact section.

Images

• Additional background image: 1920 × 800 px for full-width areas.
• Optional: Permission to use royalty-free stock photos if your images are missing or too small.

Optional Add-Ons (No Additional Cost)

Add any of these sections to your one-page layout if you have content ready:

• About / Mission: 3–4 sentences describing your organization.
• Frequently Asked Questions: At least 4 complete questions and answers.
• Our Partners: Logos of partner, vendor, or client organizations (300px high).
• Video: YouTube or Vimeo link you have rights to use; optional text alongside.
• Price List: Simple breakdown of products/services.
